How to add your signature in Outlook:
  1. Enter your details above and click "Copy Signature for Outlook".
  2. Open Outlook on your PC.
  3. Go to File > Options > Mail and click Signatures.
  4. Click New, name your signature, and click OK.
  5. Right-click the edit area and choose Paste (or press Ctrl + V).
  6. Set it as default for New messages and Replies, then click OK.
  1. Enter your details and tap "Copy Signature for Outlook".
  2. A new tab opens with your signature — tap and hold, then tap Select All > Copy.
  3. Open Safari and go to outlook.com. Sign in.
  4. Tap Settings gear > View all Outlook settings > Compose and reply.
  5. Tap inside the Email signature box and tap Paste.
  6. Tap Save. Your signature will sync to the Outlook app automatically.
⚠️ Note: The Outlook Android app does not support pasting a formatted signature. Use Outlook.com in Chrome instead — signatures sync automatically to the app.
  1. Enter your details and tap "Copy Signature for Outlook".
  2. A new Chrome tab opens with your signature. Tap and hold the signature, then tap Select All > Copy.
  3. In that same Chrome tab (or a new one), go to outlook.com and sign in.
  4. Tap Settings gear > View all Outlook settings > Compose and reply.
  5. Tap inside the Email signature box, long-press, and tap Paste.
  6. Tap Save. Open the Outlook app — your signature will be there.
