Donna Walker has more than thirty years of healthcare experience. In her tenure at IMA, Donna has grown our organization through the development of strategic initiatives to ensure our patient care is second to none. She specializes in aligning our financial and operating strategies to ensure a sustainable and scalable organizational infrastructure.

Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Scott Sears brings over twenty years of hands-on patient involvement. As a seasoned physician leader and certified executive coach, he has robust expertise in patient and provider engagement, leadership development, clinical operations, and quality patient care.
Jeff Skobel

Jeff Skobel has nearly twenty-five years of financial planning in healthcare. Jeff is responsible for the financial planning for IMA’s technology, medical and operating expenditures.

With a Master in Business Administration, James brings his expertise in maximizing growth to our patient-centered practice.
