At our wellness centers we offer health education classes, physical group classes, art & craft, cyber café, social club, salon services and more.

All of our locations are open 8:30am to 5:30pm from Monday to Friday (hours may vary on holidays).

Patients can either contact their doctor’s office or they can schedule transportation at the time they request their next appointment.
