Dr. Emma Herrera joined IMA Medical Group in 2022 as a dedicated primary care physician. She is focused on serving the community by providing the highest standards of medical care, with a commitment to excellence in quality and patient well-being.

Before joining IMA, Dr. Herrera practiced as a licensed physician in various medical groups and hospitals across Central Florida, Puerto Rico, and Colombia. She is a member of several esteemed associations, including the American Medical Association, the Colombian Medical Association, the Panamerican Medical Association, and the Colegio de Medicos Cirujanos of Puerto Rico. Dr. Herrera has participated in numerous clinical trials and research projects and has received several awards and recognitions in the medical field.

She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, Colombia. Dr. Herrera is fluent in both English and Spanish.
