Henriette Bertheau, APRN, FNP-BC, joined IMA Medical Group (IMA) in 2026 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, she is a compassionate and dedicated provider focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to adult and senior populations.

Before joining IMA, Henriette worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Lake Wales and previously served as a Registered Nurse in Lakeland. Her background also includes extensive experience as a medical assistant in primary care and pediatric settings, giving her a well-rounded perspective on patient care, clinical operations, and care coordination.

Henriette earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Miami Regional University and holds medical degrees from the High Institute of Medical Science in Havana, Cuba. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and licensed in Florida. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Henriette is known for her empathetic approach, strong clinical judgment, and commitment to patient education, preventive care, and chronic disease management.
